Damned handsome, smug stylish bastard
These villains can be defined in just one word: stylish. Just like their "good" cousins (go to their page clicking here), they are impeccably dressed, well-spoken, intellectual-looking and do everything just perfectly. They are terribly aristocratic and next to them all other characters look rough and untidy. Their voices are clear and strong, but never loud, and they speak always in a calm, commanding tone that makes everybody just ready to fall at their feet... They are born leaders and even when they seem to be taking orders from other people, it is just part of their private schemes for achieving their personal goals.
They are usually a bit older than most characters (yeah! ^-^) and their perpetual, cynical smile seems to mean that all others are just like children, compared to them. They observe everyone and everything in an analytical way, letting their emotions aside for the sake of rationality and never act without thinking first. However, despite that apparent lack of emotions, they are very good at using other people's feelings as a means to reach their goals, as they are the kings of manipulation.
Their look is obvious: classical, impeccable, expensive clothing (European style), well tended, neatly combed hair (either short or long). They are always tall and lean, strong but without apparent muscles, since their strength lies in their great intelligence and strategy.
Just to look at them, we can say that they are very superior to everyone else (they believe it firmly as well) and that we will never have a chance with them, but at the final showdown time we are always ready to pardon their faults just for one of those smiles...
